unfair bill



To whom it may concern I am writing to say your company "computer Associates Inc" has sent me a bill that i'm not paying for. I specifically speaked with Marcia Ramirez who said she canceled my account. But i received a letter saying i have to pay $15.95. I really don't understand why. Unless Ms. Ramirez didn't cancel my account.
